Discovery call We have a quick chat and see if we’d be a good fit for your business and if partnering with us feels like a full body yes (our process is bespoke so we want to make sure).
Strategy session Our Client Success Manager will go through your business needs and discover your business goals and the systems and services you use and provide. From their we will recommend a service for you, we currently offer Full-Time or Part-Time Virtual Assistants and recruit them based off your needs.
On-boarding Your client success manager will share with you tools and resources to ensure your task briefing and delegation is clear and meaningful.
Recruitment Once we are clear on your needs and goals we will get to work recruiting experienced, knowledgeable options for you. We will then shortlist 2 or 3 candidates and summarise their key strengths and expertise inviting you to the final interview, if you wish.
Hiring When you’re ready, we will hire your Virtual Assistant and take them through our training, onboarding, and set-up process. We formally introduce them to our team and yours and help set up all the expectations between you and the Virtual Assistant so that everyone is on the same page.
Go Time Your VA will be handed over and placed into your business with the ongoing support of your client success manager. Your VA will also be provided the support of a team and a team leader, where there are regular meetings, have regular meetings, and performance reviews and provide company benefits for your Virtual Assistant to ensure their happiness and to get all your tasks done the way you want them.
A full-time VA works 40 hours per week and a part-time VA works 20 hours per week. The hours are negotiable between the client and the VA, however we only support daytime work hours.
TempoCo is your VAs employee which means we are responsible for their leave, the bonuses and benefits, the HR and payroll. However, the VA is assigned to you for the purpose of supporting your business.
We know how important your time is so we keep this super easy, as part of your onboarding process we set you up in our system and your monthly invoice will be direct debited from your nominated account once per month.
You don’t need to worry about exchange rates or overseas payments, we will handle all of that for you. We’ll even take care of leave tracking, payment, public holidays, entitlements and all HR matters.
This can depend on what you’re looking for from your VA as we customise the recruitment process, we don’t have a pool of candidates waiting to go. This process may take from 2-4 weeks.

Unfortunately, it does occasionally happen that your recruited VA isn’t perfect for you and in these instances we will work with you and the VA to resolve any issues and if this isn’t possible then we will replace your VA free of charge and provide you with cover whilst we recruit for this position.
